ManufacturedHomeCheck (manufacturedhomecheck.com) is an educational information product of CLEARDEAL LLC. It provides general information about manufactured-home titling processes, park purchase laws, and lot-rent rules, computed from published statutes and agency sources. It is not a law firm, a government agency, a dealer, a lender, or a listings service, and using it creates no attorney-client or advisory relationship of any kind.
State pages are verified against the primary sources named on the page and carry a verification stamp ("Verified October 2026"). Law in this area changes — including through the federal ROAD Act parity process running through July 2027 and July 2028 — and a stamped page can age. Before acting on a deadline, a fee, or a form, confirm it against the cited statute or agency page. If a page's data cannot be kept current, our practice is to correct it or take it down.
The Manufactured Home Playbook is a digital information product sold for a one-time payment of $39 through our payment processor. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. After payment you are taken to your kit page; keep its address. The Playbook's contents are for your own household's or business's use; do not redistribute the kit page or its contents.
Do not misuse the checkers (for example, to generate documents misrepresenting a title, a deadline, or a legal right), do not scrape the dataset in bulk for republication, and do not present this site's output as a legal determination. Checker outputs are computations from your inputs and the cited sources, framed as general information.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CLEARDEAL LLC is not liable for losses arising from reliance on this site's information, including a missed statutory deadline. Deadlines in this field carry real consequences; for a live transaction, a contested matter, or a deadline already running, consult a local attorney or legal-aid office.
