Who runs this, and how the facts are built
ManufacturedHomeCheck is a CLEARDEAL LLC product. It exists because three manufactured-home paperwork problems — a title that does not work, a park that was just sold or is closing, and a lot-rent increase that may or may not fit the rule — are answered everywhere else with prose, and nowhere with computation.
The largest listings portal in this niche, MHVillage, is owned by Equity LifeStyle Properties — one of the largest park owners in the country. A park owner's portal will never publish an honest "is your rent hike inside the cap" checker, or a deadline clock that helps residents buy a park out from under an owner. The dealer and lender sites publish help only where it funnels to a home sale or a loan. The strongest neutral writing in the niche is still prose: it can tell you what can happen in your state, but it cannot take your state, your situation, and your notice date and return your forms, your fee, and your three deadlines. That computation is this site's entire product.
One product: the $39 Manufactured Home Playbook, a one-time payment — the worked packet (titling packets, conversion workbook, lease decoder, response letters, organizing timeline, seller-transfer kit, routing worksheet) for people mid-transaction. The checkers stay free, because the facts should be. We are not a listings site, a dealer, a lender, or a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
Questions, corrections, or a primary source we should see: help@doogex.com. A correction with a statute or agency page behind it changes the dataset — and the stamp — fast.
General information about how the process works in your state — not legal advice. For a contested eviction, a park-sale fight, or a title dispute with a lienholder, a local attorney or legal-aid office is the next step.
